Tooling

We build patterns and molds for any size wind blade with the core of our production on blades from 3 meters to 20 meters in length. Building to provided specifications or in house designed blade mold structures, we maintain engineering and production support to achieve desired production goals .

Component Production

From small scale blade assemblies to utility scale support structures, we can build finished composite components from existing tooling or take our tooling through to production.

Utility Scale

Patterns and tooling for turbine blades to 40 meters in length have been produced with integrated hinge and temperature control systems. Our typical process is capable of sub-millimeter accuracy with verified dimensional reports available for all tooling structures.

Small/Community Scale

We provide a full range of wind blades, production tooling and composite components to makers of small and community scale wind turbines.
